Two brothers who were born without fully formed feet have been given an early Christmas present - their first pair of silicone foot prosthetics. Eleven-year-old Kian and seven year old Callum Jarram, were born with the rare genetic disorder, Adams-Oliver Syndrome - known to affect only one hundred and twenty-five people in the world. They, along with their dad, Jon, are the only three people in England known to have the condition.
