'War Damaged Instruments' is an exhibition by Susan Philipsz at the Tate Britain gallery in London. The sound installation features instruments that have played a part in historic battles. Each instrument plays a tone from 'The Last Post' - a tune which signalled to lost and wounded British soldiers that the day’s fighting had ended.
