The Moustache Brothers - comedians from Myanmar

Outlook

Available for over a year

The military junta in Myanmar didn't seem to have much of a sense of humour. When a comedy trio called the Moustache Brothers gave a performance at the home of Aung San Suu Kyi - who was then a political prisoner - two of them were arrested and sent to jail. The third member carried on performing - but only in his own home - where the other two rejoined him after their release. Ali Fowle saw them in action.
