"I Thought I Was Going to Die." - Enyimba defender

One of the Nigerian footballers attacked by armed robbers on Monday, has told Sport Today that the team thought they were going to die. The bus carrying the Nigerian champions Enyimba was robbed at gunpoint when the players were on their way to a pre-season tournament in the northern town of Kaduna. In the end, nobody was hurt but the players feared for their lives. Enyimba centre-back Ifeanyi Anaemena, was struck in the face by a gun. He told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s John Bennett what happened.
