Ministers are threatening to impose a controversial contract on junior doctors in England, who have gone on strike over pay and conditions for a second time. Danny Mortimer is Chief Executive of NHS Employers who are involved in the contract negotiations with the British Medical Association. He spoke to Martha Kearney on World at One about the current status of the talks.
