Midfielder Michail Antonio reveals more about his journey from non-league football with Tooting and Mitcham United to being a first team regular at West Ham United. Antonio tells John Southall he is grateful for the support he received from manager Slaven Bilic after forcing his way into the first XI in recent weeks. The Londoner was working as a lifeguard before being picked up by Championship side Reading in 2008, where during a four-year spell he was loaned out to several clubs.
