India media tycoon charged with stepdaughter's murder

One of India's best known businessmen has been formerly charged with murder - in the latest twist in a story that has gripped India. For a decade until 2007 Peter Mukerjea was chief executive of Rupert Murdoch's Star India television company - making him arguably India's most powerful media magnate. He went on to launch his own successful TV channels through his own company. Now police say Mr Mukerjea has been formally charged with the murder of his stepdaughter.
