ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ OS

Available for over a year

Dozens of prisoners are on the loose in Papua New Guinea after a huge breakout in the second city of Lae. Twelve of the escapees were shot dead but as many as 64 are still at large. According to the ABC's Papua New Guinea reporter Eric Tlochek, jail breaks are common in the country. He told Outside Source's Nick Marsh what happened. (Photo: an empty jail cell. Credit: ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½)
