"Lukaku reminds me of Weah"

Sport Today

Available for over a year

Ex-Everton striker Daniel Amokachi says that Romelu Lukaku reminds him of the former Ballon d'Or winner George Weah. Lukaku, 22, is one of the top scorers in the Premier League this season and in July 2014 cost them a club record fee of £28 million. Amokachi played for the club between 1994 and 1996 and was part of the team that won Everton's last trophy, the FA Cup in 1995. He told our football reporter John Bennett that Lukaku could be world class.
