New North Korea sanctions hailed as 'robust and ambitious'

The UN Security Council has voted unanimously to significantly expand international sanctions against North Korea in response to its nuclear test in January. Under the new measures, all cargo going to and from North Korea must be inspected. In addition, a number of individuals and organisations have been blacklisted.
