Is being over weight 'literally' killing you?

Almost 70% of people in Hull are overweight. That's according to Public Health England who have released new figures showing the number of people who do not exercise, smoke and have a poor diet as part of campaign to encourage the city to become healthier. They're particularly targeting middle aged people in the hope it will make them healthier later in life. Julia Weldon Director of Public Health at Hull City Council says things are improving but there's still away to go:
