The International Sikh Youth Federation was banned in 2001. Although the government says it was a brutal terrorist organisation, it now says there's not enough evidence for it to stay banned. Presenter Bela Shah has been speaking to Dabinderjit Singh of the Sikh Federation, which has been campaigning for an end to the ban.
