Nearly two hundred entrepreneurs gathered in Uganda at the end of last week to attend Youth Business International's global entrepreneur awards. The event, organised by a charity originally set up by Britain's Prince Charles, shortlisted four finalists - from Sweden, Sri Lanka, India and Peru. The winner runs a business selling guinea pig meat. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Catherine Byaruhanga was there and can give us more of the finer details such as what this exotic dish actually tastes like.
