The man who dances with noodles

Outlook

Available for over a year

Lamian noodles from Lanzhou province in China are usually served in a steamy beef or mutton soup. Making them is quite a skill; the dough is twisted and stretched by hand, and then separated into long, thin noodles. Chinese man Peter Song has turned noodle-making into an art form - and has even appeared on primetime TV dancing with his noodles. He now lives in New York, where he's involved in the restaurant business. Image: Peter Song Credit: The Noodle Guy
