The Newsroom

Available for over a year

The former mayor of London, Boris Johnson, has won a competition in Britain for an insulting poem about the Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The Spectator magazine invited entries in response to the controversy surrounding a German comedian, Jan Boehmermann, who could face prosecution over a poem he recited on TV suggesting that Mr Erdogan engaged in bestiality.
