Former Manchester United defender Phil Neville believes that Jose Mourinho is the best man for the vacant managers job at United. The former Chelsea manager has been frequently linked with the role this season, with speculation mounting since the sacking of Louis Van Gaal. Neville said: "You've got to be the best at Man United, its one of the biggest clubs in the world. The Portuguese won three Premier League titles in two spells at Chelsea and has also won domestic leagues in his homeland, Italy and Spain.
