Reporter Stephanie Power outlines the details of a complaint that was brought before The Medical Practitioners Tribunal in Manchester by a patient after a consultation at Glenfield Hospital in Leicester. The tribunal found that although Dr Nilesh Jagjivan had acted inappropriately there wasn't enough evidence to prove the doctor's behaviour was sexually motivated.
