A group of men trafficked to Britain to work in chicken farms have won a legal battle against a company previously described as the UK's worst gangmaster. The six men, who are all from Lithuania, are the first victims of so-called 'modern slavery' to successfully sue the company that exploited them. A High Court judge ruled that DJ Houghton Catching Services in Kent had failed to pay them properly, or provide proper facilities to wash, rest, eat and drink. Tom Symonds reports. (Photo: chickens.
