In Wrexham, Randy Santel from St. Louis in Missouri, took on Mother Hubbard's fish and chip challenge - a 32 ounce fish, a 15 ounce portion of chips with sauce, mushy peas and half a litre of fizzy drinks -- which he demolished in under 15 minutes! He explains how and why he completes eating challenges for a living.
