John Mann MP: EU referendum shows 'class division'

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Labour MP John Mann says the EU referendum result was caused by the "division" between the "working class and middle classes". He said "middle classes were voting to remain" but that working classes were voting "virutally unanimously" for a Leave vote. He also believed that negotiations with Europe should be done on a "cross party basis" and that David Cameron should resign "today". This clip is originally from 5 live Breakfast on June 24 2016.
