It was the start of a new era for the England women's team as they began life without their captain of 10 years, Charlotte Edwards. Edwards was controversially removed from her post, as coach Mark Robinson decided the team needed a new leader following a disappointing run of results. She subsequently retired from international cricket and so when Heather Knight led the team out for two one-day internationals against Pakistan this week, Edwards could be found in the commentary box - offering her expert opinions alongside our presenter Alison Mitchell. Edwards expressed her emotions on watching her old team play from the commentary box.
