Learn Arabic in just 25 years

Boston Calling

Available for over a year

Zora O'Neill jokes that the title of her book should have been "Learn Arabic in 25 Years." She first studied classical Arabic in the 1990s. More recently, she picked it up again. But this time, she wanted to study the language in its many nuances and dialects. To that end, she bought a handful of plane tickets. Her new book -- which is actually called “All Strangers are Kin” -- is about that journey.
