Developers behind plans for a new motor racing track in Ebbw Vale are calling on the Welsh Government to support a revised proposal for the track, which could provide thousands of jobs in the area. The initial Circuit of Wales bid was rejected in April 2016 for being too risky- it required the entire scheme to be underwritten by the government. The new plan requires the taxpayer to guarantee three quarters of the £375m cost of the project. Martin Whitaker, CEO of the Circuit of Wales spoke with Oliver Hides
