Brazilians have reacted angrily after Rio 2016 spokesman Mario Andrada appeared to defend US swimmer Ryan Lochte and his three teammates and their involvement in a dispute over an alleged armed robbery in Rio. Mr Andrada said, "Let’s give these kids a break...They had fun. They made a mistake. It’s part of life.
