Up until the 2012 Olympics female volleyball players were obliged to wear bikinis, but the rules have changed since then to allow women to wear shorts, long-sleeve shirts and body suits. One Egyptian player wears a hijab as well. Asma Elbadawi is a UK based basketball player, who wears a hijab and plays sport.
