Murlikant Petkar swimming gold medallist

Murlikant Petkar is a former boxer, war veteran and is the winner of India's first gold medal in either the Paralympic and Olympic Games. He was wounded in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965, went to the 1968 Paralympics in Tel Aviv to represent India in table tennis, then went on to win gold for the 50m freestyle at the Heidelberg Paralympics in 1972.
