Britain has approved a controversial $24bn nuclear power plant funded by China and France. There will also be increased scrutiny of the national security implications of foreign ownership of critical infrastructure. We discuss the issues with Dr Doug Parr, chief scientist for the environmental campaign group Greenpeace, and Dame Sue Ian, a nuclear expert at the Royal Academy of Engineering in London.
