Deutsche Bank Facing Huge US fine

World Business Report

Available for over a year

Deutsche Bank faces a multi-billion dollar fine for mis-selling mortgage related investments before the 2008 financial crisis. The US Department of Justice wants the German financial company to pay $14bn as a settlement but the bank says it has 'no intention' of paying such a large amount. Artur Fischer, the joint CEO of the Berlin Stock Exchange, discusses the level of the fine and its potential impact on the struggling bank.
