Double Olympic medallist Callum Skinner has responded to his medical records being hacked and published on-line. It is shown in the documents released that the British cyclist has received a couple of treatments called 'Therapeutic use exemptions' (TUE's) over the course of his career for his asthma condition, which he has suffered from since childhood. Speaking to Sport Today's Sarah Mulkerrrins, Skinner explains why athletes shouldn't be excluded from sports because they have conditions like asthma.
