Yet more news that the Mediterranean diet is good for you. A study that suggests that people in the UK who eat a diet rich in fruit, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and olive oil - and low in red meat, with only moderate amounts of dairy, fish, poultry and wine - significantly reduce their risk of heart attack and stroke. Georgio Locatelli, Italian chef and founder of the Michelin-starred Locanda Locatelli, talks to Justin Webb about the 'diet'. First broadcast on Today, 29 September 2016.
