Sport Today

Available for over a year

London 2012 heptathlon gold medallist and two-time world champion Jessica Ennis-Hill has retired from athletics just two months after winning a silver medal at the Rio Olympics. 2004 champion, and European record holder, Carolina Kluft, believes that the way Ennis-Hill came back to win world championship gold after having a child is an inspiration to women all around the world. She started by telling the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Steve Wyeth that the British athlete will be remembered as one of the greatest athletes of all time. Picture: Jessica Ennis-Hill. Credit: Press Association.
