South Korean president's 'Rasputin' detained in Seoul

Choi Soon-sil, the close confidante of the South Korean president Park Geun-hye, was detained upon her return to Seoul from Germany. Police said a man who drove a digger into the front of the prosecutor's office had told them he believed Choi Soon-sil had committed a crime and deserved to die.
