Former Conservative Chief Whip Mark Harper says he expects the legislation on triggering Article 50 to be a 'short, focused bill'. Speaking on the Westminster Hour, the Conservative MP said he 'couldn't see any one (among Conservative MPs) wanting to block' such a bill and could see it progressing through the Houses of Parliament 'pretty quickly'.
