Mum's List writer on dying wife who inspired the film

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Kate Greene was 37 when she died from breast cancer. She left a husband and two small sons, but before she died she left a wish list for her boys - setting out her hopes and dreams. This gave her husband Singe the inspiration for a book which has been made into a new film, Mum's List, starring Emila Fox and Rafe Spall (both pictured). Jane Garvey speaks to Singe about his wife and why he wanted to write about her life. This clip is originally from the 5 live Peter Allen and Jane Garvey Show on Sunday 27th November 2016.
