Anne Diamond

Available for over a year

Newbury's 'Cheese Agent' thinks he knows the answer. Tony Hammond: "Well I think Berkshire is a bit of a statistical anomaly. "The reason I say this is that my most popular cheese is a blue cheese...but it's a local cheese, they forget every other blue cheese. "I suspect we maybe (seeing less cheddar sold). An awful lot of the cheddars we get in the big shops are too mild. "People are thinking, if I can't eat to much of this, lets eat something with a bit of bite to it, something a bit different."
