Ghana awaits the outcome of a key presidential election. Once a beacon of hope for Sub-Saharan Africa, the country's lately been labouring with debt, power cuts and rising prices. Cheap global oil, cocoa and gold prices haven't helped. So can a new government reverse the problems? We hear from commentator and tech entrepreneur, Bright Simons, in Accra.
