The All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Social Integration launched its first report into how the UK' immigration system could more effectively promote integration. The cross party group of MPs and peers has called for Government to look at introducing a regionally-led immigration system with region-specific visas based on the Canadian model. They also discussed whether immigrants should be enrolled in compulsory English classes. The chair of the group is the Labour MP Chuka Ummuna, and he speaks to UK Black's Devon Daley about some of the key issues around immigration in the following interview
