Labour MP Caroline Flint has warned that it is not enough for her party to attack the government over NHS failings. Such an approach, she argued, was “not winning an election for Labour.” Instead the former health minister called for a “cross party consensus” on the NHS and demanded that politicians be more “grown up” when discussing health policy.
