Ella Mills completed the transformation from blogger to best selling author. "I was a university student at St Andrews in Scotland, I got reallly ill. I had quite bad depression and wanted something that would help me...so I became interested in food and lifestyle. "I started writing it (the blog) just for myself, then my mum started reading it and she started sharing it with her friends. "If you're going to eat well you should never have to compromise on flavour."
