Howard Hughes launched the radio station on the 21st January 1992. Andrew Peach reminisced with Howard on the breakfast show, including playing ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire's first ever moments on air. The station started life as a sister station to nearby ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Oxford, broadcasting for part of the weekday and on weekday mornings. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire is currently based at Caversham Park, the building is also home to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Monitoring.
