Finishing last isn't normally something to boast about, but for Dawn Nisbet from Oldham in Greater Manchester, it's led to her image being shared thousands of times on social media. She was taking part in a 5k parkrun and the photo of her crossing the finish line, ten minutes after everyone else, has been taken as an inspiration to many. After seventeen years of being inactive, Dawn says the picture captures what she "set out to do". She admits that for a long time she was caught in the "catch 22 that the less you do, the harder it becomes" and that "self limiting beliefs" can become a "big blocker" to trying anything new.
