The Cold Feet actor admits his career has been given a boost through his new, thicker hair after undergoing transplant treatment. Spencer Stevenson, who started to lose his hair at a young age, describes how it affected his identity and personality. He told 5 live’s Anna Foster: "Hair frames your face, it gives you your identity and I had a big, full, thick head of hair at a young age so when I started to lose it, it really did change my identity and it changed the way I felt about myself and my self-confidence".
