Sutton's reserve goalkeeper Wayne Shaw has agreed to resign after eating a pie in the dugout during last night's FA Cup defeat to Arsenal. Paul Doswell, the Sutton United manager, told 5 live Drive he was "devastated" for Wayne, but said "we weren't able to support him on this occasion." The FA's looking into whether there was a breach of its betting regulations after one bookie offered odds of 8 to 1 that the 23-stone-player would be caught on camera, eating a pie during the match. Doswell said "I spoke to Wayne this afternoon, in the end he was crying down the phone […] Of course he remains my mate." This clip is originally from 5 live Drive on Tuesday 21 February 2017.
