What can we learn from the South Koreans?

Phil Kennedy

Available for over a year

South Korean women will be the first in the world to have an average life expectancy above 90. Dr Charles Musselwhite is an Associate Professor in Gerontology: "They're great at determining long term health issues very early on. "They live their lives much more outdoors more than we do so they're quite fit and active and there's a lot we can learn from them. "As they get older they are very good at balancing outdoor life with work based stuff and they are less likely to drive to work and more likely to cycle or walk."
