5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

DUP MP for East Belfast Gavin Robinson told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 5 live's Stephen Nolan that the party could not rule out their leader Arlene Foster stepping aside as First Minister, in the interests of restoring devolution. Mr. Robinson said "as a devolutionist party, as a party that wants to see Northern Ireland succeed, to see devolved government in Northern Ireland succeed, we're not going to present impediments to progress". But Mr. Robinson made it clear that the decision would have to come from Mrs. Foster herself and that their leader retained the support of the party. This clip was originally taken from the Stephen Nolan programme on Saturday 4th March 2017.
