Westminster attack victim was a ‘genuine, kind and good person’

One of the victims of the Westminster terror attack has been named as 54-year-old American Kurt Cochran from Utah. Kurt and his wife Melissa were hit by the car the attacker drove over Westminster Bridge. She was critically injured during the attack. Karlie Matthews from Salt Lake City knew Kurt personally and told 5 live he was a “genuine, kind and good person.” The couple were in London as part of their 25th wedding anniversary celebrations.
