A Royal Marine jailed for killing a wounded Taliban fighter in Afghanistan is set to be freed within weeks. Sergeant Alexander Blackman - better known as Marine A - received a life sentence in 2013, but his murder conviction was reduced to manslaughter after a high-profile campaign led by his wife. Anthropologist and film-maker Chris Terrill was embedded with Marine A's unit, and reflects on the reality of being a soldier in that most difficult and dangerous of environments.
