5 Live In ShortAvailable for over a year
James Hayden has paid tribute to his fellow British endurance cyclist Mike Hall, who was killed during a race in Australia. Mike was competing in the 3,500 mile Indian Pacific Wheel Race when he collided with a car, police say. James told 5 live Mike was the “pillar of the ultra-cycling community.” The race, from Perth to Sydney, was cancelled after the crash. James has since set up a JustGiving page for Mike’s family. This clip is originally from 5 live Drive on 31 March 2017.
