Chas and Dave are joining the line up for this year's British Summer Time at Hyde Park gigs. They'll be hosting their own Summer Stage on Friday 30th June when Phil Collins performs alongside The New Power Generation, Blondie, Mike and the Mechanics and Starsailor. Charles Nicholas "Chas" Hodges, David Victor "Dave" Peacock, commonly known as Chas & Dave, have become British institutions since forming over 40 years ago. Its also great that they're playing, as Chas was diagnosed with cancer of the oesophagus back in February but his treatment has been successful.
