"A Herculean accomplishment". That's how US commerce secretary, Wilbur Ross, heralded last week's surprise trade deal with China. Among the highlights: China will open up to American beef. And Chinese cooked poultry will be allowed to enter the US. Beijing will also allow American firms to provide credit rating and electronic payment services in China.
